For this Logo & Web design project I had the privilege to work with the team from Hostellerie Villa Ban Yen, an enchanting ecotourism hotel nestled in the picturesque mountains of Haiti. Our mission was to encapsulate the essence of this unique destination, one that not only immerses guests in the breathtaking beauty of Haiti’s mountains but also fosters a deep connection to the local community and environment. Our approach was simple yet profound: we celebrated Haiti’s vibrant Afrocentric culture while maintaining an air of sophistication that appeals to eco-conscious travelers seeking memorable experiences. From using locally-sourced materials in construction and furnishings to collaborating with nearby farmers and vendors to provide organic cuisine, every facet of the brand underscores our commitment to sustainability and community support.
