WEB + DIGITAL MARKETING

 

MY ROLE:

As Senior Graphic Designer at CEFALY, I was responsible for maintaining and elevating brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. I collaborated closely with the marketing, sales, product management, and development teams to design cohesive, high-impact creative assets for social media, email campaigns, web experiences, and print materials. I also played a key role in the UI design of the CeCe Migraine App, working with developers to refine the interface and ensure a seamless, user-centered visual experience. In addition to digital work, I managed relationships with print vendors and oversaw production for marketing collateral used by the sales team. Using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, I delivered visually compelling designs that strengthened CEFALY’s brand presence and drove measurable results — including higher click-through rates and improved digital conversions.

SOCIAL MEDIA

A significant part of my role at CEFALY involved leading the creation and execution of social media campaigns that strengthened the brand’s presence and supported key marketing initiatives. I developed creative concepts, designed visually compelling assets, and produced all imagery needed for deployment across multiple platforms. In addition to design execution, I worked closely with our internal marketing and sales teams, as well as our external web strategy and marketing agency, to align visuals with broader campaign strategies and brand goals. Together, we collaborated on data-informed approaches to improve our visual presence, reviewing performance metrics to understand what resonated most with our audience. This integrated, strategic workflow allowed me to blend strong visual storytelling with analytical insight, directly contributing to improved engagement, higher click-through rates, and stronger conversions across CEFALY’s digital channels.

PRODUCT PAGES & IMAGES FOR VENDOR SITES

I had the opportunity to lead the redesign of CEFALY’s Amazon Storefront, transforming it into a more cohesive, engaging, and conversion-driven experience. One of the core challenges was ensuring that the digital presentation of our products aligned seamlessly with CEFALY’s evolving brand identity across all platforms. To achieve this, I collaborated closely with the marketing and product teams to gather updated brand assets, product details, and campaign messaging. I also worked alongside our web strategy and marketing agency to refine the visual strategy and incorporate data insights into the new layout. This included reviewing product photography, enhancing imagery as needed, and designing visually clear modules that educated customers while guiding them toward informed purchase decisions. The goal was to create a storefront that not only represented CEFALY’s brand accurately but also improved navigation, strengthened credibility, and supported higher engagement and conversions across Amazon.

PRINT MARKETING MATERIALS

During my time at CEFALY, I played a key role in elevating the impact of our print and marketing materials by designing high-quality assets that supported both sales initiatives and brand visibility. I developed a range of materials—including brochures, product one-pagers, trade show pieces, and physician resources—ensuring each design aligned with our visual identity and communicated information clearly and effectively. In addition to creating the designs, I worked closely with print vendors to ensure all files were properly prepared for production, from color accuracy to technical specifications. I also managed the logistics of coordinating print orders and delivery schedules to support our sales teams nationwide. This hands-on involvement allowed me to blend creative design with production expertise, ensuring every printed asset met professional standards and contributed to a cohesive, trustworthy brand presence.
